Overview

Tsavo National Park, encompassing Tsavo East and Tsavo West, is a vast conservation area in Kenya that offers a breathtaking tapestry of savannah ecosystems. Established in 1948, it covers approximately 22,000 square kilometers, making it one of the largest national parks in the world. Renowned for its unique and diverse wildlife, Tsavo is home to large herds of elephants, the infamous man-eating lions, and over 500 species of birds.
